Day 1: Departure for Colombia
- Arrival in Colombia
- Reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel
- Night in Bogotá
Day 2: Bogotá, 2,600 meters closer to the stars
- After breakfast, visit the historic district of La Candelaria
- Stroll through the colourful streets filled with graffiti.
- These graffiti express different types of views about Colombia’s politics, economy, cultural and social situation
- Your guide, an artist who is the author of the graffiti himself or a person active in the organization of urban art events, will explain all the implications and history of each of the works you will see.
- Possibility to taste the typical Bogotá dish, el Ajiaco. It is a soup made from 3 different types of potatoes, corn, chicken and guasca, an aromatic herb, accompanied by sour cream, capers, rice and avocado
- In the afternoon, continuation of the discovery of the city by a walk on Jimenez Avenue, the rue des émeraudes. This is not a trick to buy emeralds but rather to get to know the informality of some of the country’s professions.
- Emerald is a typically Colombian gemstone, 37% of the world’s emeralds are produced in Colombia.
- Traders are waiting in the street for gemstone buyers in complete safety. It is a fascinating cultural exchange.

Day 3: In the middle of the Caribbean Sea
- After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight Bogotá – San Andres – Providencia
- Welcome on the main island and arrival at your hotel
- Two hotel options:
- Deep Blue Hotel, located by the sea and considered the best on the island
- Yellow home, a charming house to feel at home in the forest and 15min walk from the sea
- Night at the hotel
Day 4: The sea and you
- After breakfast, take the boat with your captain for the day
- Discover the main island, then the smallest island of Santa Catalina aboard a chartered boat just for you
- Explore the surroundings of the island and catch your own fish and enjoy it for lunch.
- If you can’t do it, it doesn’t matter, your captain will do it for you!
- Snorkel and marvel at the region’s underwater richness
- Visit the nearby islets
- Enjoy the sunset before returning to the hotel

Day 5: Rest in paradise

- After breakfast, departure for the city of Palenque, an hour and a half from Cartagena
- Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2005, the city was founded by Benkos Bioho.
- The founder was the governor’s slave and fled after getting his master’s wife pregnant.
- Visit of the village with your guide, a resident of the city.
- Discover the lifestyle of the Palenqueros and their fascinating history

Day 9: Tayrona Natural National Park

Day 10: The Kogi natives
- After breakfast, you will meet the Kogi, an Amerindian tribe living in the park’s mid-mountain reserves.
- Exchanges with them, with their way of understanding nature and life
- Stroll in the Tayronaka reserve and descent by buoy by the Don Diego river to the sea
- Bird and howler monkey watching
- Overnight in a magnificent hotel within the limit of Tayrona Park
Day 11: Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta
